location close to the beach

the food was disgusting. the hotel serves the worst quality ham - my husband and I decided to buy our own and bring it for breakfast. the meals are either overfried or downright raw, this was the case with eggs. if you come for breakfast around 10, many things are gone and you might as well go to town to eat. coffee from a powder machine. on the last day even the orange juice machine stopped working. I recommend not taking breakfast here and finding a place that respects its guests and can prepare something edible. the hotel requires significant repairs. unfortunately its best days are behind it. in our room there was a broken shower head or a clogged shower.

A lovely hotel away from the busy Malpalomas area-nice relaxing atmosphere.

Location-quiet at pool.Buffet breakfast-room was modern and facing away from any roads .Close to large beach Public transport-easy to get to from airport. Staff were wonderful and friendly. Loads of sun loungers and free.

Lack of bars in the resort.Sea was always rough. No bar at night in the hotel.

Excellent locations We had a laugh every day about who is get there first(pool)Race for the best position at the pool.We seriously reduced the age of the guest from 80 to 72 average. Great fun every day:)

fully deserved 3 stars and I've seen worse five-star places. ladies at the reception very nice and service in general, great location. heated pool rather symbolically. generally a good choice.

Great place to stay

All the staff were so friendly and helpful, bar staff were top! The rooms were great and had everything you needed. Pool was great with plenty of sun beds. And a great location- near the beach, supermarket 50m away and close to the beach.

Pillows didn't smell fresh, possibly as there was no pillow protector. Mattress not very comfortable, there was a dip in mine & it easily moved off the bed. Bathroom towels very skimpy, we used the pool towels which were better quality

We had a lovely time and would return to this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to others

Breakfast buffet, view from balcony, quiet area, near shops and restaurant in Shopping centre, close to main island bus route, regular room cleaning. Mini kitchen and fridge is helpful. Wardrobe was new and bed lockers plus the tv unit was new. I liked that TWO firm pillows were available each.

Room decor is very basic; some broken tiles are visible; tiles have been fixed but do not match other tiles beside them; ceiling bumps need fixing; and the toilet seat moved and needs fixing down. One night I was hot and could not figure out the AC machine. I think a basic brochure needs to be in the room for the AC unit instructions and the safe instructions.

Not worth the money

Great location, polite staff.

Sometimes noisy and you can hear loud music from outside. Bathroom doors are old and require a fix. When closed bathroom doors I was not able to open them and was stuck and needed to call for a help.

Nice place for a short holiday.

Good location, nice pool, cleanliness and rich breakfast. Nice place for a short exploratory holiday.

The breakfast had amazing fresh orange juice but served only in plastic cups, they had no glasses. Why? Not only is this very un-organic, but you can't enjoy this delicious juice that well from plastic. Also, the morning coffee from the vending machine was so sweet, that it was undrinkable. This unnecessarily spoiled the impression of an delicious and rich breakfast.

The lokation was for us very fine near bus and beach We like to walk ande there were a lot of opportunities

The hotel was built in a hill and the building was a little “not in water” the cuppard could not clause probably But was for us not a big problem, it was nice and very clean

Nice hotel close to the local restaurants with a great restaurant next door.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant, it was easy to navigate and the rooms were large enough for 2 people with a great view of the pool and the sea.

Some upgrades would be nice but we enjoyed our stay.

Good location, nice pool area, close to several restaurants, beaches, and decent hiking options. Small stove, toaster, and water boiler were a nice addition to the room.

A bit dated, breakfast was a bit disappointing for what we paid, shower was weak.

Fine 3 + star hotel in nice area

The hotel is well located in quiet area with a few bars and restaurants about access is easy both for public transport to other resorts and airport. Almost all rooms dace south with balcony. Pool are fiine and breakfast was well laid out. Best bit is tie up with onsite restaurant for half borad in a set menu absolute bargain and great quality

Lets face ut hotel looking age in places but that is reflected in price , everything serviceable. For San Agustin this is oldest hotel and others are grander but dont let this put you off
