Room was clean , towels changed, pool area was nice . Close to beach and bus stop for travel to other places . Enjoyed our stay .

Enjoyed our stay.

Location was good, bars, restaurants nearby, beach and beach bars very close. Public transport nearby, easy access to other areas. Hotel pool bar and pool area very good, nice food and friendly staff.

WiFi very very poor, practically non existent. Towels very old. Hotel very tired , could do with refurbishement.

Friendly clean hotel in a great location

Love the pool area. It has the sun all day. The balcony also has the sun all day and the views are great on the higher floors. The pool bar is very good for lunch and the prices are reasonable. The location is perfect and is just a short stroll to the beach. The rooms have everything you need, including air con. The hotel rooms, pool area and grounds are kept clean. It is our third visit here and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.

The kitchen area is very small and is a challenge to cook in as there is only one plug for all the appliances and limited space. It is an old building and is therefore a little tired in places, but that would not stop us from staying there again.

Diamond in the rough

Lovely location, a short trip on the bus from the airport, close to the beach, with various restaurants and shops all around. The pool is a good size, clean, and there are more than enough beds and brollies for everyone. It looks lovely lit up at night. We had a great view of the beautiful horizon from our balcony. Breakfast has a wide selection to offer, with the tastiest freshly squeezed orange juice. Carlos was a wonderful host at the pool bar, and good fun.

The hotel does need a bit of a spruce up. It's wonderfully clean, but some of the facilities have seen their best days. This didn't spoil our holiday one bit, as we had the most relaxing time and would go back, but if you like things tip top, you might be disappointed.

Great Stay, Excellent Location, Nice Staff - Would Come Again!

Enjoyed my stay here, the staff are nice, and the facilities were fairly clean. Great location, with the beach and shopping center with supermarkets, just minutes away. About a 30-40 minute walk to Playa De Ingles which is where most of the action and nightlife is. The room has a kitchenette so great for saving some ££ as you won't have to eat out all the time. I didn't have the hotel breakfast but I did have a few drinks at the pool bar where cocktails are decently priced and well made!

The beds felt a bit stiff at times and I found a cockroach in my kitchen sink on the first night so maybe the cleanliness could have been better. As long as you're not expecting high-end luxury, you will be fine as it is decent for the price you pay.

Very good overall!

This was a pleasant and conveniently located hotel, only a few minutes from the beaches and shopping centre in San Agustín. The room was a little bit dated but clean and comfortable, with a good view from the balcony. Kitchen had a microwave and a coffee machine in addition to all the necessities which is a plus. The pool was very nice and open late.

Parking is somewhat limited and the street parking often filled up, even in the off season. The bathroom was small and shower was not the best.

Very slow internet: it's almost impossible to connect in the evenings. No soundproofing

Overall, We had an amazing stay, Staff were very helpful and polite and room were clean.

the view from the room was stunning, you could see the beach and the pool.

Very noisy when other rooms would move furniture around, you could hear everything, beds moving and chairs scraping.

Perfect week for relaxing

Room was spacious and very beautiful. Bed was really comfy. The balcony was excellent and the view was so beautiful ️! Room was cleaned almost everyday and cleaning staff was really kind. There was also laundry washing machine which was nice. The location was great! Beach, stores and restaurants were really near, like under 500 m from hotel! It was easy to travel between the airport and the hotel with buses 1 and 5, even at night!

There were a few cockroaches in the room, but nobody can really do anything about them on summer I think.

It was a great location and very well connected

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. We would go to the grocery store.

I didn’t like that when we arrived around 11am there was nothing open and we were starving although, soon places started slowly opening up. At the time we did not know there was a grocery store so close.
